Sign up for symposium tryouts in the Main Office.
Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA, no more than 15 absences for the year and no in-school or out-of-school suspensions at the time of tryouts.

Seniors receive clearance slips and complete surveys. 

From May 21 – 24, students are to have their teachers and the school librarian sign to indicate third trimester credit completion and return of library books.  Fines must be paid prior to May 24.

Credits will be verified by counselors at the May 24 checkout.

Please plan to check out according to the schedule listed below.

Adhering to this schedule on May 24 will prevent lengthy lines and delays.

Senior Check Out in the TJAC.
Seniors are to bring clearance slips to the TJAC with teacher signatures, including the librarian.

Upon completion of Senior Check-Out, Seniors will receive a ticket for their commencement cap and gown.  Students will not receive a ticket until all outstanding fines/fees are paid.

Seniors will bring that ticket to rehearsal on Friday to receive their cap and gown.

Students will leave campus after checking out.

Last Names A – H from 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

Last Names I – Q from 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Last Names R – Z from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

May 24, 2012

Commencement rehearsal at 8:00 a.m. in the TJAC with the band.

Caps and Gowns will be distributed immediately after rehearsal.

All students (including mid year completers of credits) are required to attend the May 25 rehearsal in order to march at commencement.  If a student does not attend, the student will not march.

Students will leave campus after picking up their cap and gown.
